WHAT DOES A MEMBERSHIP COST?

Our Stork Man Original is $75 every 30 days, $77 every 60 days or $80 every 90 days. To change the frequency of how often you receive boxes, click "view cart" at checkout and set the drop down menu accordingly. *Please note that billing will occur upon adding a new membership duration for a new order that will be prepared within 3-7 business days.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN 1 MONTH?

Absolutely not. Our cancellation policy is very flexible. Cancel after the 1st month or any other month. See our full cancellation information at our terms and conditions page.

WHEN DO I FILL OUT MY PROFILE?

Once you have completed the checkout process and your payment is captured you will have the ability to fill out a detailed profile.

DO I KEEP THE CLOTHING?

Yes, everything in the package is yours to keep at the price of your membership. ONE PAYMENT = ONE ORDER

HOW MANY ITEMS WILL YOU SEND ME?


In our Stork Man Original we typically send 2 to 4 items.

ARE THE PACKAGES GOOD QUALITY?


Yes. Our biggest concern is making sure we send you items that you'll want to reuse. Items that will be fashionable, comfortable and long lasting.

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO SEND ME?


We look at your profile (click here to start) and special requests. Our staff then cherry picks items based on your membership, sizes and brand preferences, as well as how often you wear certain items. We also offer stylist consultations which allow you to give us your feedback on how you'd like to be styled.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST ORDER?


We ask that you allow 3-7 business days for your order to be styled. As soon as the stylists begins to prepare your order, you will receive an email notification. In addition, as soon as your order ships you will have the ability to track your shipment through your account every step of the way. Shipping will vary and is dependent upon the method you choose at checkout. We offer standard shipping free of charge and expedited shipping. Packages shipped on an expedited basis can take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

CAN I SEND BACK ITEMS THAT DON’T FIT?


Absolutely.Please see our RETURN POLICY.

CAN I SUSPEND AN ACCOUNT?


At this time we are unable to suspend accounts. *We offer our members the ability to switch the duration in which an order will be received.

WHEN DO YOU CHARGE ME?


We charge you every 30, 60 or 90 days from the day you sign up, depending on frequency you choose. Your package is sent within 3 to 7 business days once your recurring payment is submitted.

CAN I SET A PERMANENT BILLING DATE?


We are unable to set date specific billing cycles, we do offer our members the ability to bill themselves on an earlier date which will reset the billing cycle.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?


NOOOOO!!!! Our club ambassadors hate to see you go, but yes- sadly, we have to give you the ability to cancel :( .... Fill out the form in our contact page to get started. CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS?


Absolutely. When you create your profile (click here to start) you will be asked to include "style in your own words". This is your opportunity to update our stylists on items you may want or need. While we do not guarantee we'll get you exactly what you request, our stylists will dig through our warehouse to see how we can suit your needs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


At this time we do not ship internationally.
